How the price is built

Almost everything you pay
is not set by any of us.

Airport charges, navigation charges, taxes, handling, fuel: they are set by the airport operators, Eurocontrol, the State and the market. They are the same for anyone booking that flight, and they change with the airport and with the season. That is why the quotation is built on your route, not on a price list.

The figures change with the airport, the season, the weight of the aircraft and the day you pick. That is why we don't publish a price list: we build the price on your route. Enter departure and arrival and in a minute you know what kind of figure you're moving at.

We search the whole market

We are not tied to a single fleet. If the right aircraft for you belongs to another operator, we go and get it there — and we tell you so.

We check who is flying

A valid Air Operator Certificate and insurance cover compliant with European regulation. Checked beforehand, not assumed.

We tell you in advance what can go wrong

Slots, calculated take-off times, de-icing, aircraft substitution. These are clauses we make you read before, not discover after.

We know the ground

We know what Olbia is like on the first weekend of August, what Nice is like in Grand Prix week and what Geneva is like on changeover Saturday. We know which roads seize up and who actually answers the phone on a Sunday. That kind of edge cannot be improvised.
