Weddings and groups in Sardinia
Your guests arrive by air. We organise them in one, two or three flights.
When the guests leave from the same city, a private flight brings them to Sardinia together, with the luggage and the outfits safe. When they come from different cities, we arrange several flights. We prepare it for couples, families and wedding planners.
You pay for the whole aircraft
The price is the aircraft's, not the seats': two more guests do not cost two more tickets, as long as there is room on board.
Luggage chooses the aircraft
Outfits, garment bags, gifts: the luggage decides the aircraft before the number of seats. In the quote it is declared piece by piece.
How many flights you need
It depends on how many guests fly and where they leave from. Beyond the capacity of one aircraft we arrange two or more flights, or a larger aircraft.

No name or phone here: these three fields open the quote already filled in. Luggage, aircraft and estimate come next; your details are asked only at the last step. Over 19 people means two or more flights: choose «20 or more» and write the exact number in the quote, or tell a person.
For whoever is organising: couples, families, wedding planners
Send us the guests' departure cities and how many leave from each. We reply with how many flights are needed, which Sardinian airport they land at and the quote for each.
If you are a wedding planner or an agency, the quote form has the option «Agency or wedding planner»: that way we know who we are talking to and who should receive the confirmations.
Outbound and return are different flights
Guests often arrive on different days and leave in no particular order. Each flight has its own date and its own quote: they are confirmed one by one.
On the ground
The transfer from the airport to the wedding venue, by car with driver, is a separate line in the quote. We do not provide venues, catering or accommodation: those who do it for a living take care of them.

- How many guests can a private flight carry?
- It depends on the aircraft and the luggage. Beyond the capacity of one aircraft we arrange two or more flights, or a larger aircraft: the quote gives the number.
- Is there a minimum number of guests?
- No. We can also arrange a single flight, for the family or a few witnesses.
- Can they leave from different cities?
- Yes: each departure city is a flight, with its own date and its own quote.
- Can pets fly?
- They are declared in the quote, with species, number and weight: it depends on the aircraft and the operator flying it.
- Do you also handle venues, catering or accommodation?
- No. We arrange the flights and the ground transfer by car with driver; the rest is handled by those who do it for a living.
