Sardinia Club

If you fly often,
you shouldn't have to negotiate every time.

Sardinia Club is a reserved rate plan: written terms, fixed for twelve months, and a price you know before you ask. The name says where we come from, not where you can go — the discount applies to every flight we arrange, in Sardinia as much as on Milan–Nice, London–Geneva or Paris–Courchevel. No hours to burn through, no deposit of tens of thousands of euros.

The real problem isn't the price

It's the time you lose every time: request, wait, compare, negotiate, confirm. Fly six times a year and you go round the same loop six times.

The seasons are brutal

In August on the Mediterranean, on a winter Saturday in the Alps, there are no aircraft and no slots either, and airport charges rise sharply. Book at the last minute and you pay for all of it. If you are in the club, we start looking for you first.

Jet cards are a loan

You buy twenty-five hours up front, pay for them now, use them over two years and lose whatever is left. Here you pay nothing in advance. You pay for the flight you take, on club terms.

Three ways to be in

No entry fee.
You earn your place by flying, not by wiring money.

One thing comes before the club, and it is not for sale. From the moment payment for your first flight is confirmed you get a personal, direct number, reachable 24/7: not a switchboard, not a form, the person who handled your flight. It applies to every client, at any level, and it does not lapse between one flight and the next. The Sardinia Club adds the commercial terms; the number you have anyway.
Level one

Most chosen
Level two

Smeralda

From six flights a year, or a corporate contract

  • Everything in Coral, plus:
  • 20% off our intermediation fee
  • The best terms we apply, set out in writing, and a reference hourly rate we ask operators for at the start of the season and check flight by flight
  • Slots requested from the coordinator as soon as you have the date: asking early is the only advantage that really exists, and we ask before anyone else
  • A dedicated rate on the helicopter legs you fly regularly — Olbia–Costa Smeralda, Nice–Monaco, Geneva–Courchevel
  • A single point of contact
  • We look for the widest cancellation terms the carrier offers and put them in writing before you confirm
Level three

Mistral

By invitation, or from fifteen flights a year

  • Everything in Smeralda, plus:
  • 30% off our intermediation fee
  • Availability sought in advance with operators for your periods, before the market fills up
  • Terms negotiated directly with the operator, case by case
  • Annual statement of every line item, for your accountant

The discount falls on our intermediation fee, the one the partner pays us on the flight. The more you fly, the lower it goes — and it is the one place where you can gain something without changing aircraft.

You will not find a price list here, and there is a reason. The price of a flight is built on the route, the date and the aircraft available that day: a price list would be a made-up number. What we can hold steady we hold steady — the terms that depend on us are good for twelve months — and the figure for the flight we build for you in a minute, from the quotation.

The club aircraft

The biggest jet
is almost never the right one.

Where the runways are short — the smaller Sardinian airfields, the islands, the Alpine airfields — the aircraft that solves the most problems is the pressurised turboprop: it gets in where jets can't, costs a fraction, and under two hours it arrives at much the same time. The club is built around this, and moves up a category when the route genuinely calls for it: over three hours, or when the cabin matters more than the hourly rate.

  • Eight seats and a real baggage hold, the one light jets don't have
  • Under 800 metres of runway: Olbia, Cagliari, Alghero, Tortolì and beyond
  • Noticeably lower fuel consumption than a midsize on the same sector
  • Beyond two hours or 1,000 km, we move up a category — and we're the ones who tell you

Twenty minutes on the phone,
and you know exactly what a year costs you.

Leave us a couple of lines on how you fly. We'll call you back, and if the club isn't worth it for you we'll say so — it happens, and we'd rather say it up front.

How it works. You are not buying anything: you are telling us how you fly, and we tell you whether the club is really worth it for you. If it is not, we will write and say so. We call you back within 3 hours to build the plan together, with no commitment and no deposit.

When it really counts

There are twenty days a year
when all of this pays for itself.

The Monaco Grand Prix, the European finals, the mid-August week on the Costa Smeralda, the September regatta. These are the days when half of Europe wants to land in the same place at the same hour, slots are assigned weeks in advance and asking three days before doesn't mean paying more: it means not going.
